Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Russian Spa Center Gurugram, we strive to deliver the highest standards of hospitality and wellness therapy. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, scheduling, and refunds.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule your requested therapy session up to 2 hours before your scheduled time without any fees or penalties.
• In the event of a late cancellation (less than 2 hours before the appointment) or a no-show, any advance booking fee paid to secure the therapist's slot will be non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided once a massage session has commenced or has been completed by our therapist.
• If we are unable to perform a scheduled therapy due to therapist unavailability, power failure, or unforeseen administrative reasons, any advance deposit paid will be refunded to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Package Validity

Purchased membership cards, promotional coupon codes, or discounted multi-session packages have a strict expiration date specified at the time of purchase. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
