• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our reception desk at least 2 hours in advance so we can adjust our therapist scheduling.

• Russian Spa Center Gurugram is strictly a professional wellness and therapeutic massage center. We do not offer, tolerate, or condone any inappropriate, adult, or policy-violating services.
• Any inappropriate behavior, language, or harassment toward our professional therapists or staff members will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential legal actions.

Guests with high blood pressure, skin conditions, cardiac disorders, pregnancy, or recent surgeries must inform their therapist prior to beginning any treatment. Russian Spa Center Gurugram will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or conditions arising from failure to disclose pre-existing health complications.
